Kiria Lithian is a half-elven bard-ranger from the busy city of Magnimar. He has trained in wilderness tracking and survival in the wilderness near Sandpoint, and is skilled in hunting goblins. He is a deadeye shot with the shortbow, and uses a wand of healing to keep his comrades in fighting condition.
